WHERE WE COME FROM
Founded in 2015, Upland (formerly Great Lakes GrowthWorks) was formed to help clients better understand future demand, leverage disruption, and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Recognizing the need for clients to quickly achieve more sustainable growth, new approaches were developed to deliver strategies and innovation designed for the rapidly changing landscape. Also grounding the formation of the firm was the belief that thriving organizations stand a better chance of giving back and driving social impact, a core tenet of the firm that remains today.
